Should I buy Hospital tycoon or theme hospital? Which is better?
We played theme hospital years ago at a friend’s house and loved it. Now we’re going to buy either theme hosp. or hospital tycoon. We like roller coaster tycoon and zoo tycoon and meirs railroad. Thanks!

Firstly, nothing works on Vista properly. Switch back to XP! But thats just a side note.
Hospital Tycoon (HT) has great graphics compared to Theme Hospital (TH) as obviously HT is a much newer and advanced game. However, I didn’t find it quite as fun. They follow the same concept really. HT has a story mode which you can fly through quite quickly. You get to try your hand at 3 different hospitals and basically fix their problems. However, once the “chapter” of the story is over, the hospital layout that you’ve spent time changing and working on reverts back to the default. How annoying. You also have a sandbox mode, where you have free reign. But its just incredibly boring really. I wouldn’t bother if I were you.
