This is the affiliation section. Here you will find some requirements you need to apply with in order to affiliate. The requirements are as follows:

Your site must not be a forum-based site. It must have BOTH homepage and forums.
Your site must be unique; it should not be a rip-off of some other site.

As always, there's no hit/member requirements.
